1. Create your company

Set up your company (your workspace). You'll manage all vehicles and team members here.

2. Add vehicles

Add each vehicle, or import a spreadsheet with year, make, model, plate and odometer for a head start.

3. Set a maintenance schedule

For each vehicle, create a maintenance item like 'oil change' with a date or mileage interval.

4. Invite your team

Add unlimited team members so drivers and technicians can keep records current from the road.
