Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using FleetRoutine, you agree to these terms of service. If you're using FleetRoutine on behalf of a company, you agree that you're authorized to accept them on its behalf.
Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to not misuse the service.
Your data
Fleet records and information you add to FleetRoutine belong to you. You retain ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time. We only use it to provide the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as you select. Plans are based on the number of vehicles or assets you manage. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse FleetRoutine, including attempting to access it improperly, reverse-engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
FleetRoutine is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FleetRoutine after changes means you accept the updated terms.
